I had picked this one as a "maybe Jules will like this" toy and wow was it a hit! I needed something new to keep him from yelling over an online seminar I was watching and he immediately went to town on the mahogany nuts -- I think he demolished one nut before the day was out, it was THAT much fun for him! Definitely gonna get another in my next order! The biggest issue I had was finding a spot that would work for a wide-but-not-tall toy like this. If you have a smaller bird, don't be put off by its size, it has a lot of softer materials that little beaks will have fun with

He seems to especially like the mahogany pods

Joe isn't my own Timneh - he lives in a cage in the Smallholder's shop. I decided to gift him some fun things and tried other places but almost all of them either frightened Joe or I realized they had dangerous parts. This toy didn't frighten him! Right away he started on the mahogany nuts (?) and the next time I visited, a few days later, only a few bits of the toy were left! I'm so pleased!
